Before Wayward, there was a friendship...and years spent behind every kind of bar. Dive bars, fine dining, neighborhood pubs, weddings, private events: we learned hospitality in rooms that demanded speed, instinct, precision, and the ability to read people before they had to ask.
We know what makes a bar run and what can bring it to a halt. We know how to build a menu guests will actually order, stock for a crowd without wasting money, keep a line moving without making anyone feel rushed, and handle the hundred invisible decisions that make great service look effortless.
Wayward is what happened when we took everything we knew and built the bar service we wanted to see at events: sharp, personal, beautifully considered, and completely at home in the room. No formula. No filler. Just seasoned hospitality with a point of view...and two women who know EXACTLY how to run a bar.
